My husband and I had a blast roaming around on the jet skis for 4 hours! Our deck hand gave us a great tutorial and had us out on the water in no time. Douglas Lake is beautiful and there is so much to explore. Although the jet skis look a little banged up from previous riders they performed great. We even had our own little race on the lake and I won of course. Had my ski up to 48 mph. Jumping the waves from the boats is always a lot of fun. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

We had a great time on Douglas lake today thanks to H2O. The pontoon boat was very nice and easy to operate. It had a cover over half of it, the seats very comfortable and the Bluetooth radio was great too! We definitely bring making a return trip soon!

They were nice enough to reschedule our boat reservation for the following day due to rainy weather. The boat was clean and had no issues. You will be required to pay for the amount of gas you used which they take out of your deposit. In my case I had a pontoon boat for 10 hours and ended up paying $140. There is a restaurant on the lake that allows you to dock the boat and enjoy a drink or a meal.

Right on Douglas Lake, we rented kayaks, and it was a very easy process. This place is a hidden gem. Great service for a great price. Will definitely use them again. They also have jet skiis and boats to rent.

We rented online after talking to the office. It was so very simple and straightforward. They were so nice and helpful we wanted to rent nowhere else! We had a group of 8 and our pontoon EXCEEDED our expectations and needs! We enjoyed the entire day on and in the beautiful waters of Douglas Lake! Everything was modern including the text reminders and emailed receipt! We would rent again from Smoky Mountain H2O! You should too!

Reserved a boat online and check in was super smooth. Be aware that 9am check in seems like a busy time. Highly recommend watching the safety video before you get there or you will need to when you arrive. I appreciate the level of detail regarding the lake, water laws, and also what damages can cost. Boats are well taken care of and in pristine condition. We reserved for 10 hours and glad we did. Douglas lake is huge! Had a wonderful day on the lake. Great experience. Wanted to mention that Connor was our boat hand and was so friendly.

Highly recommend! We just happen to be in Tennessee the same time our friends were and we’re invited to tag along on their pontoon. We all had a blast tubing and playing in the water. Recommend renting your pontoon early, come afternoon more people get out.

Beautiful lake! Service here is awesome, and they are allways so helpful and attentive! No questions un-answered! Careful! The compartment we put our maps in and license flipped open, and the paper flew out!!!! Wasn't a big deal and was probably our fault for not closing properly! Come here for 1 hour or 6 to chill. Literally, you won't regret it!
